Vincent has been in care with his foster family since November 2017 due to general neglect and physical abuse he was experiencing in his home. Vincent displays various developmental delays. He has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and he attends a special education preschool to help him with his speech, physical and cognitive development. He is still not very verbal and he needs a lot of structure as he has difficulty communicating and interacting with other people. His foster parents have provided him with a safe, loving and stimulating home environment and although he continues to have a lot of limitations, he is thriving. Vincent has a strong attachment to using his foster mom’s cell phone and tablets and shows strength in learning how to use electronic devices.

Vincent has a dream of becoming a gaming creator. He currently has a limited selection of games for his Nintendo Switch, but he wants to explore and play a variety of games to gain inspiration for his own creations. He wishes for the Mario Kart and Donkey Kong bundle. By experiencing different genres and gameplay styles, he hopes to learn what makes games fun and engaging.
