Owen is a sweet little boy who loves dinosaurs and the outdoors. He is very adventurous and enjoys playing with his little sister and new cousins. Owen follows directions well and is a quick learner. He looks forward to trying new experiences and is always excited about going on outings. Although he has been in foster care for a while and has faced many changes, he is very resilient and has shown remarkable adjustment to his current foster home. One of his favorite experiences since moving to his current placement was visiting Great Wolf Lodge. He absolutely loved the water slides and showed no fear when trying out the bigger slides.

Owen has expressed a strong desire for a ride-on tractor, inspired by cherished memories from his last placement, where he enjoyed riding on the mower with his kinship family. Additionally, his cousin has a ride-on car that Owen has always loved playing with. Because of these experiences, he has requested a ride-on toy of his own, specifically a tractor, as it would remind him of the joyful times he spent with his kinship family on their farm.
