A ball pit for Jason to open on Christmas

Child AdvocatesJason lives in an informal kinship care arrangement with his grandmother and brothers. Jason's parent is working on sobriety and has asked his mother to take care of his children while he is in treatment. This is not through the state, so there is little financial assistance. Jason is a sensory seeker who looks for places to meet his sensory needs. He loves daycare and his friends that he has made. He also loves watching Paw Patrol and playing with his neighbors riding his trike. Jason has had a lot of trauma in his life, but everyone describes him as a happy little guy who loves to make people laugh.
Jason is a bright and energetic little boy who absolutely loves playing in the ball pit at daycare. His grandmother says that having a ball pit of his own would make his Christmas truly magical. Jason has been struggling with increased sensory challenges, especially since moving in with his grandparents and feeling confused about why he can’t be with his dad. A ball pit isn’t just a toy for him, it’s a comforting, safe space where he can relax, play, and feel secure. His grandmother believes he would spend the whole Christmas day in it, smiling and having fun. This simple gift would mean the world to Jason and bring him joy and comfort during a difficult time.
