Mia is close to her sister, with whom she lives in care, and she is the oldest. She takes care of her sister and ensures that her needs are met. Mia is active and enjoys swimming, jumping on the trampoline, and doing arts and crafts. At her young age, she has impressive independent skills, such as making a sandwich and cooking eggs with supervision. She also knows how to do simple chores, like cleaning her bedroom and vacuuming. Mia is new to her foster home and community, and she wants to explore the area to discover recreational and social opportunities.

Mia loves to play with dolls, especially Barbies. After watching the Barbie movie, she really wanted the Barbie from that film. She was very specific when she wrote her Christmas wish list, stating that she wanted that particular Barbie. Currently, she is borrowing Barbies from friends, but she would love to have one of her own.
