Angelo entered the foster care system at the age of five after experiencing drug use and severe domestic violence in his family home. Now that he has recently turned 18, he is participating in an extended foster care program and is learning how to live independently. His high school teachers describe him as "brilliant." He is technically skilled, excels at problem-solving, and demonstrates remarkable resilience. Currently, Angelo is in the process of enlisting in the Navy, with the goal of beginning a career in the prestigious Nuclear Power Program.

Angelo spends time in his room for resets and appreciates having time to himself. One thing that could provide him with entertainment during breaks from interacting with other residents is a Nintendo 3DS. Angelo has very few personal items, especially those that could help him relax as he prepares to transition out of his placement and join the Navy. This would make a wonderful Christmas gift for Angelo.
