Texas Foster Youth Justice ProjectBianca is a young adult who aged out of foster care and is working hard to become an independent adult. She is working and has her own apartment, but is struggling to meet all her needs. She hopes to start cosmetology school soon!
Bianca has been working hard to become independent after aging out of foster care and moving to a new city to start over. Recently, she has started cosmetology school and is excited for this new endeavor! In order to attend, she must follow the dress code. She needs new pants, shirts, shoes, and a jacket to comply with the dress code at her new school. She is excited to finally have the opportunity to pursue her dream!
