Sofia is a smart, enthusiastic, and energetic young girl who is living in a new foster home after being separated from her sister. Although Sofia has a limited vocabulary and is primarily non-verbal, she has made significant progress in her ability to communicate over the past few months. She enjoys using her photo ring, which displays images of her family and important people in her life, to tell stories. Sofia shows a strong eagerness and drive to learn and succeed at such a young age. She is always excited to meet new people, loves going to school, and has a passion for animals and the outdoors!

Sofia is a very busy girl and sometimes needs a little help with calming her mind and body. She has OT at school and access to a sensory room. She would love to be able to have these things at home when feelings get a little too big. She would love to find this sensory swing under the tree this Christmas!
