Sofia is a smart, enthusiastic, and energetic young girl who is living in a new foster home after being separated from her sister. Although Sofia has a limited vocabulary and is primarily non-verbal, she has made significant progress in her ability to communicate over the past few months. She enjoys using her photo ring, which displays images of her family and important people in her life, to tell stories. Sofia shows a strong eagerness and drive to learn and succeed at such a young age. She is always excited to meet new people, loves going to school, and has a passion for animals and the outdoors!

Sofia has lots of energy and emotions. Sometimes, it is hard for her to relax and focus, especially at home. At school, she can use different sensory toys and the sensory room to help calm her body and mind. She would love shop to get some sensory items to have at home to use when she needs them!
