Khylen was removed from his home after his twin brother was hospitalized due to unexplained injuries. While Khylen does not seem to have experienced the same level of abuse as his brother, he has witnessed a significant amount of abuse and domestic violence. He is a quiet boy who is hesitant to try new things and feels safest when he is with his siblings. Khylen enjoys watching movies and listening to audiobooks, and it will be a joy to see him learn about the world around him as he becomes more comfortable.

Khylen is a fierce protector of his brother. He is thriving and growing in a safe and stable home, where he can talk about some of the scary experiences from his old home. He and his brother enjoy playing quiet games together, and he will be thrilled to open a fun gift of dinosaurs this Christmas morning.
