Jeremiah is a resourceful and creative young man in extended foster care. As he graduated from high school and started college, he shifted from ambitious goals to focusing on survival. With few people to rely on, he learned to depend on himself, which has made him capable but also led to tough challenges. Despite experiencing homelessness and losing almost everything, Jeremiah remains imaginative and full of potential. He is passionate about photography and film, using them to express himself. Although his start to adulthood has been difficult, he continues to push forward with strength and determination.

Jeremiah is a creative and resilient young man in extended foster care who is currently experiencing homelessness. He is living in a tent and recently lost many of his belongings, including his air mattress. A Target gift card for the holiday would help him replace his mattress and purchase a few essential items he urgently needs. This support would bring comfort, stability, and hope as he continues working hard toward a safer and more secure future.
