Deveon is the only boy in the home, surrounded by sisters. He is a sweet and quiet, but busy little boy. He loves cars and loves playing with other little boys when he gets a chance.

Deveon has spent several months in foster care and has recently returned to live with his birth father, who has just divorced Deveon's birth mother. Currently, Deveon does not have any toys at home, and he is struggling to adjust to the many changes in his life. This superhero race car will be perfect for him!
