Both Esme and her daughter have shown remarkable resilience and strength. Having grown up in foster care, Esme is committed to being the best mother she can be. She is hardworking, intelligent, and loving. With the right support, both Esme and her daughter will continue to grow and thrive.
Esme’s phone recently broke, and she is unable to afford a replacement. She does not own any other electronics and has no reliable way to communicate with her daughter’s visiting nurse or stay connected to her other essential supports. This has created significant stress and left her feeling isolated. A new, durable phone would make an enormous difference in her life, and Esme would be incredibly thankful for the assistance.
