Jason is a great kid who has experienced much trauma in his life. In spite of it all, he is trying hard to adjust. He loves his foster family and is attached to them dearly. He has aged out of foster care and learning to live mostly on his own. He is just like any young guy that loves sports, video games, surfing the web, and eating junk food. He really wants to be able to make it on his own, but still requires support and encouragement from his former foster family.

Jasonis tough on his boots and is wishing for a new stylish pair. They would give him the Western look he loves and replace his worn-out pair with something fresh and clean. He would feel proud and confident wearing them throughout the winter months.
