Emanuel has been in the foster care system since September of 2024 but has been involved with Child Protection Services for most of his life. Emanuel is a bright young man who has such a positive outlook on life. Emanuel has dreams and aspirations of becoming a neurosurgeon. Emanuel would also like to write his own book and open a bakery in the future. Emanuel has a strong connection to school, and throughout his journey in foster care, he has maintained good grades. Emanuel did not grow up with his siblings and relies on relationships with his service providers and school for his support.
