A kitchen toddler tower for a curious and helpful Braden

Braden, 1 year old, AZ |

Grace Retreat Foster Care and Adoption Services

This sweet baby boy, who is a twin, has been in a loving kinship placement with his sister since birth. He is a bright, happy little one who loves to play, explore, and stay close to his twin. His foster parents adore him and provide a nurturing, joyful home where he continues to thrive. He is deeply loved and surrounded by care every day.

As Braden becomes more mobile and curious, he’s eager to be part of whatever is happening—especially in the kitchen during mealtimes. He and his twin sister have outgrown simple floor-level activities, and he now wants to see what the adults are doing and be included. Recently, his sister has started trying to climb the oven for a better view, which shows how interested they both are but also highlights a safety concern. A toddler tower would give him a safe, stable place to stand, observe, and participate in kitchen activities. It supports his natural desire to explore and learn while keeping him safely away from dangerous areas. It also allows him to bond with his caregivers through simple cooking tasks, sensory play, and shared daily routines—supporting both development and safety.
