Baby Kay is an adorable little boy who entered foster care at just 3 months old. He is cheerful, chubby, and full of joy, and he absolutely loves to snuggle and be close to those around him.

Baby Kay's foster mom says he was dropped off with so little that she has used most of her funds on essentials. She hasn't had anything to spend on toys for him. She is hopeful that this wish will get filled and he will have something to do on his long car rides to his visits
