Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center (ORPARC)Emily's journey through foster care has been incredibly challenging. Currently, she is in between placements and circumstances. She is a big fan of the goth aesthetic, loves the colors black and green, and adores cats and the character Wednesday. Despite her difficulties, she is responsible, sweet, and a great communicator!
Extra-large hoodies make Emily feel safer and warmer; she can layer them over other clothes. Plus, she could tuck her kittens into the pockets! She has very few clothing items, and hoodies are so versatile.
