Shane is a trans individual and a proud father to a beautiful little girl. He loves spending time with friends, his partner, and his daughter, watching TV, and just enjoying life. He is the kind of person that, even though he has gone through a lot of unfortunate events where most were out of his control while in foster care, will still show up with a smile on his face.

SRhane is a proud transgender dad and long-time advocate who loves spending time with his 3-year-old, family, and friends. Over the past few years he has discovered a real joy in cooking, but his family has very few pots and pans and their current crockpot is at the end of its life. Having this new slow cooker would let Sam prepare hearty, home-cooked meals in the morning and let them simmer all day, taking the stress out of dinnertime while he focuses on parenting, advocacy, and community. Granting this wish would support Sam’s health and wellness by making it easier to nourish his family, build his culinary skills, and create more relaxed time together around the table.
