Kendra is a wonderful young lady who loves to cheer, sing, and express her creativity. She enjoys playing games on her iPad, especially Minecraft and Roblox, and has a special love for animals. Kendra is interested in trying horseback riding and has recently begun exploring the idea of joining Girl Scouts, where she hopes to learn new skills like archery. Kendra has faced significant challenges, including periods of homelessness and living in shelters. Despite these hardships, she has remained resilient and continues to look forward to new opportunities and experiences. She is currently living in transitional housing with on-site staff who help provide a safe and supportive environment as she continues working toward a stable future.

Kendra is currently living in a transitional housing apartment. It is staffed for safety, but the residents are responsible for their own groceries and cooking. Kendra gets SNAP benefits, but as a teen, she is still learning how to budget. She would love a Hannaford card to help get her some extra goodies to have at Christmas and over the holiday break when school is out, and meals are not available.
