Shirley is a friendly and outspoken young girl with big, bright eyes. She is a social butterfly, surrounded by many friends and thriving in her school environment. Shirley has expressed her desire to work at Starbucks when she turns eighteen. Always smiling and well-mannered, she is often seen in good spirits. She has a passion for fashion and enjoys playing with her Barbies. Shirley receives support from the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS).

Shirley is requesting new pair of shoes as hers are worn-out and no longer provide the support and warmth she needs for winter. Proper winter shoes would help keep her feet warm, dry and comfortable during school and outdoor activities.
