Keiyona is a bubbly and sweet girl who has overcome horrific abuse while still managing to smile and maintain her hopes and dreams. Although she claims to struggle with learning, she is actually a very bright girl who just needs to believe in herself. Keiyona has been in several foster homes and is currently placed with her half-siblings and their mother. This foster mother has chosen to pursue adoption so that Keiyona and her sister can stay together with their half-siblings.

Keiyona wants a tablet for several reasons. First, she enjoys playing puzzle games that are more engaging on a larger screen.
