Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center (ORPARC)Julian's time in care has not only been rough, but has recently gotten much rougher. He still tries to keep his spirits up. He loves the color green and is passionate about Legos, particularly Star Wars and Marvel-themed ones!
Julian is looking forward to Christmas this year, hoping to receive a dancing Groot LED light. He believes it will perfectly light up his room in a way that he loves, adding a fun and whimsical touch to his space.
