While in foster care, she experienced severe bullying that led to depression and an attempt to take her own life. Since moving back with her family and starting fresh in a new town, Faith has been doing well in therapy and is learning how to love herself again. Fatih continues to grow stronger each day and finds joy in playing video games.
Faith is requesting a gift card to purchase a few affordable, thoughtful gifts for herself. Being able to choose her own items would bring her joy, foster her independence, and enhance her self-care and mental well-being. Additionally, this gift would alleviate some of the financial pressure her parents are experiencing, allowing Faith to enjoy the holiday season without adding to their stress.
