Andres has been in state custody for several years and has experienced multiple placements during this time.
Andres has been in foster care for years. Andres has learned to adjust to the different homes he has lived at. Andres usually does not ask for much. Andres has stated to open up more and has asked for clothes. Andres found some jeans that he likes.
