Harlow has been in foster care for several years and has adjusted to various foster homes, experiencing some stability with her placements. She enjoys feeling like part of a family and loves playing pretend with both her foster family and her peers at daycare. Harlow is eager to learn and interact at daycare; she has participated in preschool and a reading program. She enjoys having books read to her and likes to point out different things in the illustrations. Harlow is a fan of Disney princesses and loves all things dress-up.

Harlow would like to learn to read on her own. Harlow has been able to recognize letters. Harlow loves to have books read to her. Harlow saw a leapfrog pen and would like to get one to read books on her own.
