School is really important to Malana—she enjoys learning and likes having a routine where she can focus and feel successful. When she has free time, she loves listening to music and spending time with friends, whether that’s hanging out in person or just chatting and staying connected. She is a resilient young person who is working hard and dreaming of a bright future.

Malana enjoys styling her hair, just like many teenagers her age. A curling iron would allow her to experiment with different hairstyles and boost her confidence in her appearance. She would be thrilled to have a curling iron so she can style her hair and feel more self-assured at school and with her friends.
