Maddox came into care when she discovered she was pregnant. She is an extremely resilient young woman, and there is no doubt that she will be an amazing mother with some support from her foster parents. Maddox has expressed that she is scared but excited to be a mother. She is currently in school and understands the importance of a good education. She plans on finishing school shortly after giving birth. Maddox is a kind-hearted and motivated young woman. Maddox believes in herself and is working on finding hobbies of her own while preparing for motherhood. She is very aware of how difficult motherhood will be and stated that she is not afraid of a challenge.

Maddox is a bright and determined teen mom who recently achieved a huge milestone: being accepted into a college social work program. She dreams of creating a better future for herself and her child, and of one day helping other young people who have faced challenges like hers. An iPad would give her a gentle, encouraging push as she steps into this next chapter — a tool that helps her feel prepared, supported, and capable as she begins her college journey.
