Nicole is currently living in an independent living program for homeless young adults. She continues to strive to achieve her goals in the program. Nicole loves to draw and would like to return to school to be an art therapist one day. Nicole loves art and has a passion for painting! Her canvases are beautiful! She is learning every day how to live independently in hopes of securing housing when she ages out of the program.

Nicole has recently found herself struggling with concentration. Her best workflow is when she is listening to mindfulness sounds, such as rain or white noise. Nicole has also been practicing mindfulness in her sessions. As she continues her journey in school, headphones would be a great tool to use when she is working on schoolwork in the library. This allows her to play her mindfulness sounds while not disturbing anyone else. Nicole would love to open this on Christmas and keep her motivated!
