Foster Parent Association of WilkesLeo is a great kid who is always happy go lucky! He loves the outdoors, riding bikes, playing in the dirt, and climbing trees. He is full of energy and a vibrant young man. Leo has entered kingship care after staying in foster care for an extended time. His mother is a permanent resident of a nursing home and he gets to see her monthly. Unfortunately, after trying to live with his father he could not be cared for in that setting. He is tired of moving and just wants to settle down.
Leo wants a prepaid phone for the holiday so he can keep in touch with his friends and family. He lost his old phone and can't afford to get a new one. Getting a phone would help him feel like a regular teenager and stay connected with others.
