Arcadia University- H.O.M.E. ProgramJordan is a college student who grew up in foster care. He loves sports, vinyl records, and is a huge Eagles fan. He entered care in fifth grade during a time when he felt like no one had his back. Now he is an RA, supporting other students and building a life that looks nothing like where he started.
Jordan is asking for a new pair of running shoes to support his physical and mental health. Running has been an important outlet for him to manage stress, stay active, and maintain a healthy routine, but his current shoes are worn out and no longer provide proper support. Having a reliable pair of running shoes would allow him to continue exercising safely and consistently without discomfort or risk of injury. Receiving this wish would mean being able to invest in his well-being and maintain a healthy habit that positively impacts many areas of his life.
