Askanio youth lives in a small studio apartment with a limited kitchen area and lacks adequate counter and storage space. A rolling kitchen island with a drop-leaf design would provide much-needed surface area for meal preparation and additional storage for food and kitchen items. The drop-leaf feature also allows the island to double as a small dining table, giving him a dignified place to eat meals instead of relying on a tray table on his sofa—all without taking up valuable space in his apartment.
