Alexis entered foster care, along with her twin, at the age of 3. She aged out of the system at age 21 but is a resilient individual and is now living independently in her own apartment and working on getting her GED. She enjoys watching anime, playing basketball, going to the gym, cooking, horses, makeup, and fashion.

Makeup has always been one of Alexis' biggest passions, and having a small space of her own where she can do it peacefully would mean so much to her. Now is especially important as she's trying to focus on completing her GED soon and rebuilding stability in her life after a painful heartbreak. Alexis feels her mental health is improved when she can take care of her physical appearance and express her creativity as well.
