MO DSS Children's Division - Stoddard CountyMaria is doing well in school and is finishing up her senior year. She is working part time for her local school district. She is choosing to remain in foster care until she ages out at 21. Maria wants to pursue a degree in criminal justice and a job in law enforcement. She is currently expecting a baby girl in April with her boyfriend. Maria is a super sweet girl who excels at everything she puts her mind to.
Maria is a young woman in foster care. She is currently enrolled full-time in college, studying criminal justice. In addition to her studies, she works several part-time jobs and is raising her toddler while maintaining their home. Recently, Maria moved into a new house with her fiancé and daughter. The home has three doors, but currently, there is a Ring doorbell camera installed on only one of them, while the other two doors are unmonitored. Her fiancé recently switched to an overnight shift at the factory where he works. Although he earns a good income to help support the family, Maria has been struggling to feel at ease with this change. She believes that having security cameras on the other two doors would make her feel safer when she is home alone with their daughter.
