Adjua is an honor student and first-generation college student in her family. Her mom is a single mom who lost her job and has been struggling with some medical issues. She is a hard worker who always volunteers with senior citizens and younger children. She is receiving support from SHE Wins.

In an effort to save money, Adjua has been cooking more meals at home instead of dining out. Recently, a friend introduced her to a little utensil that she hopes will be the key to creating delicious dishes, especially during the chilly winter months.
