Susan is a kind and mild-mannered woman who lives with a psychiatric disorder that triggers high anxiety, high stress, and a strong determination to remove herself from conflict. Recently, her kindness was taken advantage of, but she is determined to bounce back and overcome this challenge. She is grateful to the people and organizations that have supported her during this time.

Susan needs surgery to repair her injured arm and shoulder, but unfortunately, the procedure has been delayed due to circumstances beyond her control. To help her stay safe in icy and inclement weather, Susan will benefit from having non-slip snow boots. Additionally, these boots will serve as a reminder that she has support as she navigates through these challenges.
