CA DCFS - Los Angeles CountyBrighid is a non-minor dependent who is currently attending adult school to obtain her high school diploma. She has applied to the Conservation Corps and is in training, with plans to leave in January 2026. Having faced many traumatic experiences at a young age, Brighid has spent much of her life in and out of foster care. She was a young mother, and her child was placed in the foster care system as a result of decisions that led to the adoption of her child. Now, Brighid is focused on personal growth and is determined to create a better future for herself. She enjoys spending time outdoors and loves hiking.
Brighid is getting ready to enter the California Conservation Corps and is trying to purchase a pair of hiking boots. Receiving a pair of hiking boots for Christmas will make Brighid's Christmas extra special.
