Libby is a wonderful young woman with a bright and positive outlook on life, despite her experiences in and out of foster care. She is thankful to have always stayed with her siblings during these times. Although she believed she had found a permanent home with family members, she had to return to foster care shortly before Christmas through no fault of her own. Libby excels academically in school and enjoys participating in cheerleading. Additionally, she loves to crochet, style her hair, and engage in various art projects. With a promising future ahead of her, Libby is ready to face whatever challenges life may present!

Libby takes pride in her appearance and loves to style her hair every day for school. She has requested new shampoo, conditioner, hair gel, and styling tools specifically for her 4C textured hair. Currently, Libby usually just pulls her hair back into a poof because she hasn't had access to the products or tools necessary to braid, twist, or experiment with different hairstyles. She would really appreciate having high-quality hair care products that she hasn't been able to try before. Libby deserves to have everything she needs to look her best, and she is excited about the prospect of using the styling products and tools that will help her keep her hair strong, healthy, and ready for each day!
