AJ is a kind boy who was living in kinship foster care with his grandmother until her health began to decline. He has since been placed in a traditional foster family along with his little brother and is adjusting well to this new situation. AJ performs well in school and has recently discovered a passion for music. He takes guitar lessons weekly, which is helping him tremendously with his overall transition.

As AJ continues to adjust to life at his newest foster home, his foster parents want to help him make his new room feel like his own. They would like to get his room painted to help him feel he has a safe space to call his own. AJ has never had an adult who could take care of him, and his new foster parents would love to provide this for him.
