Phebe is pregnant, and her body is changing quickly, making her regular clothes uncomfortable. She can't afford to buy new clothes, and wearing ill-fitting outfits is affecting her comfort and mood. Access to maternity clothes would help her dress right for her changing body, reduce discomfort, and boost her confidence during her pregnancy.
