The Lost & Found InstituteHope has always turned to art for comfort. From the age of five until she left foster care, drawing helped her express her feelings and make sense of her world. Whenever life felt uncertain, her sketchbook provided stability. For Hope, art was her way of surviving. Now, she dreams of being a tattoo artist, using skin as a canvas for storytelling and self-expression. To her, tattoos represent resilience and identity. Her experiences in foster care have shaped her, but her creativity defines who she is. Through art, she transforms her pain into beauty and imagination into new possibilities.
Hope is asking for a pair of dress shoes to wear during her apprenticeship, something polished and comfortable that helps her feel confident as she steps into this next chapter of her life. She’s especially hoping for a pair of cute white Kate Spade loafers that are professional, versatile, and true to her personal style. Having shoes that look put-together but still feel like her would mean a lot as she shows up each day, building her skills and working toward her dream of becoming a tattoo artist.
