Tiara is a spunky girl with a vibrant personality. She loves to dance whenever she hears music and is a sweet big sister to her little brother. With a passion for coloring and playing outside, she enjoys attending school to spend time with her friends and teachers. Although Tiara faced delays in many of her developmental milestones due to neglect while her parents were unable to care for her, she has moved to foster care, where she is actively working to catch up on her skills.

Tiara is a little nervous about starting kindergarten this year. It's a big step for her to go to school with the older kids! She wants to learn to read, but she knows it will take a lot of hard work. She loves her backpack that comes with a baby doll, which she can sometimes attach to carry around with her. Tiara realizes she might not always be able to take it to school, but at least she can carry it around at home!
