Hope has always turned to art for comfort. From the age of five until she aged out of foster care, drawing helped her express her feelings and make sense of the world around her. Whenever life felt uncertain, her sketchbook gave her a sense of stability and peace. For Hope, art was more than a hobby—it was a way to cope, heal, and keep moving forward. Hope is working hard to build a stable and successful future. Surrounded by supportive people who encourage her growth and well-being, she remains focused on her goals while overcoming the challenges that many young adults with foster care experience. Hope is thoughtful, caring, and resilient. She also enjoys expressing herself through fashion and personal style, using creativity as another way to show her personality and confidence as she continues her journey forward.

Hope is asking for a Costco gift card so she can stock up on basic household essentials she’s been stretching for months—toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and Lysol wipes. Right now, she hasn’t had a lot of extra money to buy things in bulk or get ahead, so she’s been getting by week to week and running out of necessities too quickly. Having a gift card would help her catch up, keep her home clean and functional, and take a little pressure off while she focuses on her apprenticeship and building stability.
