The Lost & Found InstituteHope has turned to drawing for comfort since she was five years old, using her sketchbook to find stability through every uncertain chapter, including aging out of foster care. She's thoughtful, resilient, and expresses her personality through fashion and creativity.
Hope is asking for a Costco gift card so she can stock up on basic household essentials she’s been stretching for months—toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and Lysol wipes. Right now, she hasn’t had a lot of extra money to buy things in bulk or get ahead, so she’s been getting by week to week and running out of necessities too quickly. Having a gift card would help her catch up, keep her home clean and functional, and take a little pressure off while she focuses on her apprenticeship and building stability. This has been split up so that Hope can get what she needs. This is wish 1 of 2.
