Josephine finds peace in nature, particularly under open skies and in quiet moments. When life gets overwhelming, she steps outside with her kite to relax and practice mindfulness. Bird-watching also helps her slow down and focus on the present. Her connection to stillness stems from her past. After entering foster care as a teenager due to family issues, she emerged with resilience but many unanswered questions. These experiences inspire her dream of becoming a therapist and somatic coach, where she hopes to help others reconnect with their bodies and emotions, providing the support she wished she had during her own challenges.

Josephine is asking for a Denny’s gift card so she can go out for breakfast with her best friends and spend some quality time together. They don’t have a lot of extra time to see each other, so sharing a simple meal and catching up would mean the world to her!
