Fostering Hope - MontcoJacob is currently in foster care in Montgomery County and is living with a kinship caregiver. He sees his mom for supervised visits once a month. Jacob is bright and active; he loves bike riding, participating in a running club, and studying math. His infectious attitude and determination are truly inspiring! He is great with animals and enjoys collecting rocks. Jacob has expressed an interest in becoming a police officer when he grows up.
Jacob loves snuggling into his bed at home. He enjoys reading a book or watching a show on his tablet. Recently, he noticed that his favorite flannel sheets had developed a hole. He would love to have a new pair to replace them, as he uses them every night to stay warm and cozy!
