Armodea wishes for a vanity because makeup and self-care are important ways she expresses herself and builds confidence. In a previous home, she was unable to wear makeup, which made it hard for her to feel like herself. Having a vanity now would give her a safe, personal space where she can explore her creativity and feel comfortable being who she is. A vanity would also help Armodea keep her makeup and personal items organized and cared for, giving her a sense of responsibility and pride in her space. After a tough foster care journey, having something that feels truly her own would mean a lot.
