Lucas's journey has been shaped by significant challenges. His parents struggle with mental health issues that hinder their ability to provide the care and safety he deserves. As a result, he has faced neglect and abandonment, ultimately leading to him being placed in the loving care of his grandmother. Recognizing the signs of development delays, his grandmother is taking proactive steps to support him by arranging tests for Autism and ADHD. To help Lucas thrive, he’s involved in soccer, which not only enhances his mobility and coordination but also offers him a chance to engage with peers. With boundless energy and a love for outdoor play, soccer provides Lucas with an excellent outlet to stay active and interact with other children his age, helping him build social skills while keeping busy.

Lucas and his family have just moved into a new home, and his grandmother is busy helping to set up his room. While sorting through things, she came across a unique bed that resembles a car, but unfortunately, it didn’t come with a mattress. Now, Lucas needs a mattress to fit on his new bed so that he can finally have his own cozy space to sleep in.
