Sonnet is a friendly girl who likes to draw and spend time with her brother. She is behind academically due to not being enrolled in school for two years, but is working hard to improve her reading skills and catch up to her peers. Sonnet entered foster care in 2022 due to her mother's ongoing and significant struggles with substance use and inability to provide adequate care and supervision of Sonnet and her little brother.

Sonnet loves to read and spend time with her brother more than anything else. Her wish is to have a cozy lounge chair where she can comfortably relax and enjoy looking at books together with him. After many years of uncertainty, it would be wonderful for this wish to be granted, providing Sonnet with a safe and comfortable space to engage in a positive activity.
