Romeo is currently in school learning how to be a barber, driven by a personal mission to make a difference. Having spent time in foster care, he recalls the struggles he faced with his hair while placed in group homes and with foster parents who didn’t know how to care for it. This experience ignited his passion for barbering, as he hopes to empower other foster youth by teaching them how to take care of their hair and boost their confidence. Outside of his studies, Romeo loves to immerse himself in nature. Whenever he has free time, you can find him hiking, biking, or exploring the great outdoors. His connection to nature inspires him and brings him joy, fueling his ambition to create a positive impact in the lives of others.

Romeo is seeking an Uber gift card to assist him with transportation to and from class while his car is currently in the shop and unavailable. He is facing difficulties getting to class without reliable access to a vehicle, which is essential for his education.
