Devyn is 9 years old and lives in OH
Devyn is a special little boy who is 2 y/o. Devyn lives with his older brother, his loving foster parents and their two biological children. Devyn has two older brothers who do not live with them. One of his older brothers lives with another foster family and another lives with a family member. Devyn has been in foster care since he was five months old. Devyn has sensory issues that often manifest in anger.
