Josh was taken from his mother due to issues with supervision and unsafe living conditions. He and his brother were briefly reunited with her, but they were removed again after she was arrested for abuse and neglect. He and his brother have been placed in three different pre-adoptive homes, but those placements unfortunately failed. Now an adult, Josh lives on his own and is working to balance work, school, and having fun. He enjoys basketball and spending time with friends.

Josh recently lost his job and is working hard to get back on his feet. He has several interviews lined up and potential job opportunities, but he’s facing a significant hurdle since he doesn’t have a car. This lack of transportation makes it difficult for him to reach the food pantry and access essential resources. Although he received a bus pass for February, he will need additional transportation support to carry him through to March in order to fully take advantage of his job prospects.
